- Possesses Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Able to speak and write in English and Mandarin.

- At least 10 years working experience in kitchen operation.
- Knowledge in managing Halal kitchen.

- Able to prepare Western & Malay food.

3. CHINESE CHEF / COOK
- At least 5 years working experience in related field.
- Able to cook Chinese food.
- Familiar with Halal operation.

4. PASTRY CHEF
- At least 5 years working experience in related field.
- Good knowledge in making different kind of pastry items.

5. COOK / KITCHEN HELPER - MEP
- Physically fit to perform heavy duty.

6. KITCHEN HELPER - STAFF MEAL
- Physically fit to perform heavy duty.
- Able to cook local food.
- Able to communicate & read Basic English.
